Las Cruces Digital Marketing provides website design, AI lead capture systems, chatbot integration, voice agent setup, and related digital marketing services to local businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined per project at the time of engagement.
2. Built-First Preview Model
For projects offered under the built-first preview model, we build the first version of your website or system before any payment is required. You review the completed work as-is. If you love it, you purchase it and we transfer it to you. If you do not, you owe nothing. This is not a revision service — it is a preview of the finished work.
3. Payment
Payment is due only upon your approval of the delivered work. By approving and paying, you agree to the price quoted at the start of the engagement. All one-time fees are due at approval. Monthly fees for ongoing services (hosting, maintenance, chatbot, or AI support) begin on the transfer date and are billed monthly.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, you own the delivered website as-is. Las Cruces Digital Marketing retains the right to use general methods, layouts, and components developed during the project for future clients. Specific copy, branding, and assets unique to your business are yours.
5. Limitation of Liability
Las Cruces Digital Marketing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of delivered websites or services. Our total liability in any dispute is limited to the amount you paid for the project in question.
6. Third-Party Services
Our websites and systems may integrate with third-party platforms including but not limited to Netlify, ElevenLabs, GoHighLevel, Zapier, and Google services. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party services you use. We are not liable for outages or changes to third-party platforms.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
